**HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY**
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BY WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 2 TO RECEIVE A REFUND/STORE CREDIT. ORDERS PLACED BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN AFTER.

Free US shipping for orders over $100!
Flat rate $10 standard shipping (4-8 days) for orders under $100.
Flat rate $30 express shipping (1-2 days) is available for all orders.
We will try our best to ship your order the day it is placed! Please email us if this is an urgent order and you need expedited packing and shipping!

RETURNS
*Effective 9/22/2024* Due to the High Holidays, all returns must be received by 10/2/2024 to be eligible for refund (within 7 days) or credit (within 14 days). Returns will not be accepted between 10/2 and 10/27/2024. Thank you for your understanding. Please reach out with any questions
We hope you love your purchase! In case you are not pleased with your order, we will gladly accept returns on regular-priced merchandise for a refund within 7 days and store credit within 14 days of delivery. Missing or damaged items must also be reported during this timeframe. Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Friends and Family Sale returns are eligible for store credit only.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. All items bought using a Promotional Code other than the email signup code are also considered Sale items and are FINAL SALE.
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. Please return your purchase and place a new order for the new item.
All eligible return items must be postmarked for return within 7 days for refund or 14 days for store credit from when you received the order. At this time, we are unable to provide you with a return shipping label. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns.
To make a return for a refund, store credit or gift return, please email us at robyn@poppyandprince.com with a subject title including your name and order number, and we will send you a Return Authorization number with instructions.
Swimwear, hats, socks, hair accessories and all sale items are final sale and not returnable.
